Luke
General Manager
Luke is an Inland Northwest Native. He’s married with four kids and running a full-on mini farm – dog, three cats, and 16 chickens! He’s an outdoorsman and sports junkie – if he’s not working, he’s in the mountains, at the lake, competing, or watching one of his kids on a field or court. He likes to stay moving, keep things simple, and help people whenever he can!
Jennifer
Jennifer grew up on a farm in Otis Orchards. She’s always been a lover of animals! When not working she loves to fish and kayak. Having worked at both stores, she takes pride in the stores and cares a lot about them.
Logan
Logan was born and raised in North Idaho. He loves working on cars and learning about all things country! Having been in the community his whole life, he loves working within it.
Ellia
Ellia was born and raised in North Idaho. She loves animals and enjoys reading in her free time.
Meet Our Owners
Rooted in four generations of ranching in Sandpoint, Idaho, Ben built his life and livelihood alongside his family on the Wood V-X Ranch. From an early age, he worked side by side with his parents, learning the value of hard work, stewardship, and livestock management. After earning an Associate of Applied Science in Farm and Ranch Business Management from Northwest College in 2005, Ben returned home to continue the family legacy. Today, he and his wife, Dana – along with their three children, Levi, Josie, and Logan – play an active role in the operation, managing cattle, crops, and daily ranch responsibilities together.
In 2013, Ben and his father expanded their family operation by building a feed mill, originally intended to support their own livestock. With Dana helping manage customer relationships and grain sales, the family quickly recognized an opportunity to serve their local community with high-quality, affordable feed. What began as a small extension of the ranch has grown into a trusted, family-run business offering a wide range of feed products. True to their roots, the Wood family raises much of the grain they mill and feed the same products to their own animals – ensuring every customer receives feed they trust and stand behind.
